Had a fantastic stay at the bunkhouse. Was very last minute, Amber turned around the property in super quick time ready for my group. Amber was very accomodating and helpful. Property was fantastic and suited our group perfectly well. Lovely surroundings, wish we could have stayed longer! Thankyou so much, would love to stay again!

Great accommodation for trips with big groups of friends. It is located in a very calm area, but having a car it is very easy to access very nice areas from Wales. If I go again to the area with a big group of friends I would repeat.

Perfect for large groups on a budget. In a lovely quiet village with lots to do nearby.

About Us
Part of The Little Retreat and surrounded by organic farmland, the old School House provides comfortable and simple accommodation. A relaxed and friendly base for your stay in Pembrokeshire, our five bedrooms sleeping a total of 22 people, ideal for groups or retreat bookings.
Lawrenny is at the heart of the 'Secret Waterway'. Four rivers come together to form the Daugleddau estuary which meanders through the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Ancient hanging woodland drops down to tidal inlets, a patchwork of fields roll into the distance, and tree-covered lanes lead you to the beautiful beaches of south Pembrokeshire. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but within easy reach of the action then The Old School House is the ideal location. Just a 15 minute drive to Tenby and local beaches.

Our Feel Good Guide
A well-being guide to wild spaces - Find your feel good in Pembrokeshire
In our debut book Find Your Feel Good in Pembrokeshire authors Amber Lort Phillips and Laura Owen Sanderson share with you over 50 places where you can Find Your Feel Good - 365 days of the year.
With a no nonsense approach to a host of wellbeing activities and techniques, the authors share a toolkit of exercises to get you started. This book debunks the myths, strips away the complexity and delivers simple yet powerful strategies to get you started on your own well being journey.
Pembrokeshire was unsurprisingly rated by National Geographic magazine experts as the second best coastline in the World. With 186 miles of magnificent and varied coastline and over 50 beaches, there are plenty of places to discover off the beaten track. You can choose between forest bathing amongst historic ruins, cycling along the country paths, stargazing in a designated dark sky reserve, snorkelling with seals, meditating on a cliff top or cold water swimming in the Cleddau estuary; Pembrokeshire has it all.
