At Lawrenny Park Retreats Ltd, we can bring your wedding and special event ideas to fruition. Our picturesque Wedding Venue offers everything you can dream of to ensure a memorable experience for you and your guests. Ever since we were established in 2016 our events company has hosted some of the most successful events in Wales
What we offer
2019/20
Hire fee for 2019/20 is £2,500 for weddings
Exclusive Use of The Lawrenny Park Venue
15 large picnic tables and 7 mega benches
Foraged Bar
Electricity
Up to 200 Guests
10 x outdoor bean bags
6 Rustic low level tables
2 x Outdoor Fire Pit
Car Park for up to 200 guests
Camping Space for up to 60 tents or campervans
Amplified Music until 11pm (1am for acoustic music or a silent disco)
Standard Hire Period For Weddings: Friday 12pm – Sunday 12pm with 1 day for your event
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the venue hire is required to confirm your booking
This venue is not licensed for legal ceremonies
Pets are welcome
Fireworks are not allowed
We also have 7 5m furnished bell tents that can be rented for guests
One of our event co-ordinators can also be hired to ensure you day goes smoothly
This venue comes with an extensive list of recommended suppliers that is available on request.
